Richard P. Carlson

Please join the Carlson Family in remembering Dick Carlson and his life and loves at this first anniversary of his death.
In 1961, Carlson was selected by Rexall Drug and Thermoplastics Company as general manager of their Santa Ana plastic extrusion operation. So he moved his family to Laguna Beach from Chicago. In the following years, Carlson thrived in the plastics business and was well recognized in the industry.
Carlson was a total family man and he leaves his wife Margot of 59 years as well as his six children, Gregory, Keith, Karen, David, Richard and Margot Rose and their well-loved spouses, Carol, Cynthia, Angelica and Teresa. His eight grandchildren, Kevin Mitchel, Eric, Emily, April, Rachel, Ariel and Audrey, are bright and healthy and have made grandparenting a special blessing. Carlson loved Laguna and he loves his golf. We think of him every day.
