City Rolls Out a Welcome to Business

“Open for Business” workshops, aimed at business owners and others interested in opening or expanding businesses in Laguna Beach, will take place on Thursdays, April 19, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Laguna Beach Community Center, 380 Third St.

Workshop participants will include planning commissioners Robert Zur Schmiede and Norm Grossman, Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Kristine Thalman and local real estate broker Cary Glenn.

Grab Lunch With Mayor Egly

Mayor Jane Egly will provide an up-to-date overview of 2012 accomplishments and a preview of what’s ahead during a state of the city lunch, on Friday, May 18.

The lunch gets underway at 11 :30 a.m. at the Montage resort, 30801 S. Coast Highway.
