Dicterow Hosts Sept 11 Event
Laguna Beach City Council candidate Steve Dicterow invites the public to join him for a Sept. 11 tribute on Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Mozambique restaurant, 1740 S. Coast Highway.
Complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
