The school district is offering a free, 10-week parent education program entitled “Parent Project – Changing Destructive Adolescent Behavior,” beginning Wednesday, Nov. 7.

Classes will be held from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the Susi Q Senior Center.

This interactive class will provide parents of adolescents an opportunity to learn effective strategies and skills for eliminating frequently occurring negative student behaviors. Opportunities to problem solve individual issues will also be provided.

Local marriage and family therapist Laura Rivas will lead the project.

For more information, contact Rivas at Lrivas149@gmail.com or (949) 791-7839.
