I was the first car to pass and the last car through as the police had their guns drawn at aprox. 5:00pm. I thought it was an accident. I never guessed there would have been several officers with all guns drawn around one car! PCH south bound was closed and I was the last north bound driver. I live off Eagle Rock in Laguna and am very scared for my safety with the robbery that occurred a few days prior up the street from me! We live in a neighborhood that shouldn’t NEED “Neighborhood Watch”!
