Vehicle burglary. 300 block of Agate St. 8:20 a.m. Several vehicle owners discovered their driver doors open.
Grand theft. 2:44 p.m. 400 block of Coast Hwy. A kinetic garden sculpture by artist Mark White and valued at $2, 900 was stolen from an open patio.
Burglary. 300 bloc of Lookout Dr. 11:59 p.m. Thieves forced open a French door to steal $3,000 worth of jewelry.
Drunk driving. 12-04825. 10:56 a.m. Coast Hwy. Robert Luis Gardner, 28, of San Clemente was arrested for suspicion of DUI and drug-inhaling paraphernalia.
Tuesday, Dec. 25
Reckless driving. 900 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. 8:57 p.m. A 33-year-old Laguna Hills woman was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
Wednesday, Dec. 26.
Fraud report. 1200 block of Temple Hills Dr. 1 p.m. A sibling reported that his brother is a victim of credit card fraud and possibly elder abuse.
Suspicious. 1300 block of La Mirada St. 3:38 p.m. Mail containing personal information was stolen.
Fight. 100 block of S. Coast Hwy. 9:44 p.m. A vacationing father and son suffered a bite wound, bruising and scraping in a fight with a transient, but declined to press charges. They did demand an accounting from their assailant as to whether he had a communicable disease. The suspect denied any infection.
Thursday, Dec. 27
Unknown trouble. 600 block of Emerald Bay. 7:36 a.m. Someone rammed a gate to get in after being refused entry by a gate guard.
Vehicle stolen. 600 block of Sleepy Hollow Lane. 8:53 p.m. A rented Dodge SUV was reported stolen
Vandalism. 600 block of Park Ave. 9:53 a.m. Someone entered the inner quad and ripped out 18 plants and scattered them around school, an estimated $144 in damage.
Bicyclist vs. pedestrian. Forest Ave and Third St. 12:10 p.m. A woman was taken by ambulance for treatment of back and head injuries suffered after being struck by a bicyclist, who fell on his face and was treated at the scene.
Fraud. Wave St. 1 p.m. A $400 loss to wireless phone account was reported.
Medical. Oriole Dr. 1 p.m. A 13-year-old skateboarder wearing a helmet broke his collarbone and leg when jumping out of the path of an oncoming vehicle.
Burglary. 1300 block of Baja St. 3:14 p.m. A burglar who apparently gained entry to a home from a deck stole $2,800 in cash, a $5,000 watch and iPhone.
Suspicious circumstances. 2800 block of Alta Laguna Blvd. 3:43 p.m. A burglary in progress turned out to be an open window and wind, but police checking the area ran across Aaron Joseph Eslick, 31, of San Clemente, who ran when he saw officers. He had outstanding warrants.
Friday, Dec. 28
Stolen vehicle. 400 block of Legion St. 8:18 a.m. Michele Lynn Frasier, 28, was arrested for suspicion of stealing a vehicle rented by her ex-boyfriend after a short pursuit on Alta Laguna Boulevard. Bail was set at $20,000.
Fraud. 2400 block of Iris Way. 12:15 p.m. Someone made three unauthorized purchases of $300 on accounts under the victim’s name.
Sexual battery. 12200 block of Harbor Blvd. Garden Grove. Mohd K Al Awadi, 45, of Anaheim, was arrested for suspicion of sexual battery and false imprisonment, accused by a woman that had received a taxi ride from Laguna Beach. Bail was set at $25,000.
Pedestrian stop. 3200 block of Alta Laguna Blvd. 8:50 p.m. A 21-year-old Irvine woman was arrested for outstanding DUI warrants.
Saturday, Dec. 29
Traffic stop. Park Ave. 1:44 a.m. A 29-year-old Irvine man was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
Drug activity. 200 block of Ocean Ave. 8 a.m. 30.47 grams of pot was found by a city maintenance worker in the parking lot.
Burglary. 200 block of Cozumel. 2:22 p.m. A cleaning lady is suspected in a theft of $3,000 worth of jewelry.
Sunday, Dec. 30
Traffic stop. 600 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. 12:40 a.m. Passenger Brandon Colin Heath, 19, of Laguna Beach, was arrested for suspicion of auto theft after officers stopped the vehicle and learned Heath took a vehicle from a fellow tenant without permission. Bail was set at $20,000.
Traffic stop. 200 block of Ocean Ave. 3:48 a.m. A 30-year-old Laguna Beach resident was arrested for DUI and held for $10,000 bail.
Traffic collision. N. Coast Hwy. 6 p.m. A 35-year-old Huntington Beach man was arrested for suspicion of DUI after leaving the scene of a traffic collision, where he exchanged information with another driver.
Traffic collision. Laguna Canyon Rd. 10:27 p.m. The roadway was closed in both directions due to a vehicle that had rolled over after colliding with a utility pole.
Traffic stop. 100 block of S. Coast Hwy. 11:42 p.m. A 33-year-old Walnut Creek resident was arrested for DUI and held for $2500 bail.

Traffic stop. Wave St. 2 a.m. A 38-year-old Long Beach resident was arrested for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
