The Arts Commission selected palettes created by artists Leigh Bell, Marcel Mead, Austin Hart, and Al Esquerra as part this year’s palette competition.
The commission is accepting designs to the annual children’s holiday palette competition, which must be submitted by 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18. Students ages 5 to 17 may submit an original design. Up to a dozen will be selected for display at City Hall throughout December.
