The Laguna Beach Parents Club will host its annual Easter egg hunt on Friday, April 18, from 4 -7 p.m. at Alta Laguna Park. Member families are welcome. After the hunt there will be food, fun and DIY pictures with the Easter Bunny. Visit lagunabeachparents.com to become a member of the LBPC.

The veterans of Laguna Beach American Legion Post 222 and the Women’s Auxiliary continue their 50 year tradition of sponsoring an egg hunt on Easter Sunday at the Laguna Beach High School baseball field taking place at 1 p.m. sharp. This free event is open to all children 9 years or younger. At 12:30 p.m. the Easter Bunny visits for photo opportunities. Contact Dave Connell at 494-2065 with any questions.

For a treat other than candies, The Deck restaurant at 627 Sleepy Hollow Lane is offering a sumptuous brunch from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Each table is started off with muffins, croissants butter and jam.

On the menu are appetizers like oysters and grilled asparagus, entrees range from blueberry pancakes to fish lamb and filet mignon , with two cake choices for dessert. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 949-494-6700.
