In a repeat of last year’s Division 2 finals, Laguna lost at Santa Margarita 11-6 on Tuesday, Aug. 29, at the Eagles pool. No details were provided by the coaches.
This weekend Laguna competes in the seventh annual Santa Barbara Boys Invitational and will open play on Friday, Sept. 8 at Dos Pueblos High against the winner of the Dana Hills – Damien match. Breakers are seeded eighth in the24 team event featuring 20 Southern Section teams plus Vista, Campolindo (Moraga) and Tamalpais (Mill Valley).
