The Laguna College of Art and Design will be featuring the traveling exhibit, The Fine Art of Children’s Book Illustration, Nov. 3 through Dec. 16, with a reception during first Thursday’s Artwalk on Dec. 1 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Consisting of 40 works of art, the art was featured in the juried Original Art 2009 exhibition held at the Museum of American Illustration at Society of Illustrators in New York City.
The gallery is located at 2222 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach and is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
