Thurston Middle School students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher were recognized last Friday, March 8 at an  assembly. Those students who received a GPA of 4.0 were individually recognized by grade and given a special medal and gold card that provides them with special discounts at local shops around town.

Over 400 students, half of the student body, were rewarded for their academic efforts in achieving such high GPAs.
