Scholars Earn Degrees

Two 2010 Laguna Beach High School graduates received undergraduate degrees from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa.

Adam Selevan, son of James and Kathleen Selevan, graduated with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering.

Weather Is More Than a Conversation Starter

To add an additional science component to the school environment, El Morro Elementary’s PTA purchased access to the online Weather Bug, a portal that offers an weather tracking station and weather curriculum.

The Weather Bug will allow all El Morro students to further study weather as it relates to the El Morro campus, said Roshaunie Sirianni, PTA president. Every grade level will be able to watch and study our Laguna Beach weather systems locally and worldwide from www.weatherbugschools.com
