“America’s Next Top Model” judge and fashion photographer Nigel Barker will be at Laguna Beach Books, 1200 S. Coast Highway, at 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, to discuss and sign his new book, “Models of Influence.”

Friends Honor a Patriot
The Friends of the Library invite all to join in honoring long time resident and author Robert Mosier at their annual dinner at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 6, at the library, 363 Glenneyre St.
Mosier will share excerpts from his book based on his military experiences as a World War II pilot.

Poets Find Feedback at the Library
A workshop recommended for advanced poets will take place from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, March 7 and 21, at the Laguna Beach Library, 363 Glenneyre St.
Participants should bring 10 copies of a poem they wish to have read and work-shopped.

Authors Invite Spiritual Discussions
Join authors Cathleen Falsani and Jennifer Grant along with collaborators and surprise guests for a night of books, friendship, and great conversation from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 12 at Laguna Beach Books, 1200 S. Coast Highway.
The authors recently collaborated on “Disquiet Time: Rants and Reflections on the Good Book by the Skeptical, the Faithful, and a Few Scoundrels,” a book inviting people of all faith traditions, or none, to engage with holy writ without fear and on their own terms.
