Chorale Gives Voice to the Season
The Saddleback Master Chorale will present “The Many Moods of Christmas”
on Friday, Dec. 16, 7:30 p.m., at Laguna Beach’s St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church.
The chorale welcomes the season with its traditional performances of seasonal music, including a quick world tour of carols.
Complimentary cookies and wassail will be available after the performance.
Concert Pianist to Perform Recital at Great Park
Concert pianist and artist-in-residence Kevin Kwan Loucks performs classical selections beginning Dec. 17 at a new arts venues, the Orange County Great Park Palm Court Arts Complex.
A recital will be held at 2 and 4 p.m. in the Great Park Artists Studios. Limited space is available for these initial performances, and reservations are required. The recitals will feature Loucks along with Bill Kalinkos on clarinet and Iryna Krechkovsky on violin playing selections from Bernstein, Brahms and Bartók.

Ringing in the Christmas Season
The community is invited to celebrate with the Laguna Presbyterian Church on Christmas Eve at 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 7 p.m. or 9 p.m. services, and Sunday morning worship at 8:30 and 10 a.m.
Sapphire Laguna Offers Christmas Eve Special
Sapphire Laguna is offering a Christmas Eve prix-fixe menu featuring festive fare on from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Dinner includes a choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert ranging from $52-$66 per guest, excluding beverage, tax and gratuity.
