As the recipient of the Laguna Beach Woman’s Club 2013 Woman of the Year award, I would like to thank the Woman’s Club members for the honor.
I especially thank the LBWC president, Ellie Tipton Ortiz, for her leadership; Gayle Waite and her committee members for the festive clubhouse decorations and lovely lunch catered by Mark DePalma of Remarks Restaurant; Carol Reynolds for serving as emcee and organizing the program along with Gayle; and everyone who attended the June 14 luncheon.
It was an honor I will cherish all my life.
