The Art of Cooking Series continues at the Festival of Arts from 1- 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, with Judy Bart Kancigor, teacher of Jewish cooking and family life.

“Many of her recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and we’re honored that she’ll be sharing them with us!”
said Susan Davis, the Festival of Arts’ director of special events.

Zpizza has returned two items to their menu: the roasted tomato pesto pizza and a lighter indulgence, the strawberry feta salad.

“Our fans enjoyed these all-natural classics so much we couldn’t resist bringing them back,” said Sid Fanarof, of Laguna Beach, founder of the Zpizza franchise whose local outlet is located at 30822 Coast Hwy.

Jazz Artists Take Up a Good Cause

Eric Marienthal, Al Stewart and other leading jazz musicians will be performing at the 16th Annual Eric Marienthal & Friends Benefit Concert at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach on July 20.

General admission is $55 and includes the concert, a no host bar, and hors d’oeuvres. All proceeds benefit High Hopes Head Injury Program, which assists brain-injured adults regain their independence. Tickets: (949) 733-0044.
