The Arts Commission is accepting designs to the annual children’s holiday palette competition. Children ages 5 to 17 years old may submit an original design celebrating the holiday season. Those selected will be displayed at City Hall throughout December. Submitt by 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 16. The guidelines and application are available at : lagunabeachcity.net
