LBHS Cheer is currently raffling off a three-night Big Bear cabin stay near Snow Summit and selling Sweetwater Hand Car Wash coupons in hopes of raising $5,000 for new mats.
The large format mats will replace the old style ones currently used outdoors during practice and, in addition, will be usable indoors on the gym floor during pep rallies and basketball games where currently no mats are used.
So far, multiple fundraising efforts, including a recent fundraising dinner at Lumberyard have raised $1,400.
