Sam Wellsfry, who will graduate from Laguna Beach High School in June, has been accepted to AFS Brazil and will spend next year returning to high school where the student body speaks Portuguese.
Laguna Beach AFS has awarded Sam a $1000 scholarship to help with tuition.
AFS needs volunteer host families to keep this program alive at LBHS.
