Boxing fans at the White House restaurant will have a reason to cheer this Saturday during a live NBC broadcast when one of the main event fighters, John Molina, Jr., enters the ring.
He will be wearing a Lambs to Lions shirt, a brand Tom Atencio is launching at the Laguna Beach restaurant and bar, which will be redecorated like an old social club to reflect the clothing line.
Atencio formerly was vice president of Affliction Entertainment, which promoted mixed-martial arts fights in Anaheim until one was canceled in 2009 when a combatant tested positive in a drug screening.
Atencio, a Laguna Beach resident who works at the White House, and several MMA fighters will help kick off the line at the event.
