Laguna Beach’s longest standing Mother’s Day buffet returns to the Hotel Laguna, 425 S. Coast Highway, Sunday, May 8.
The buffet will take place between 9:30-3:30 p.m., in the Oceanview Bar & Grill as well as its neighboring Laguna Room.
The buffet includes breakfast items, baked goods, fruit and salad displays, a made-to-order omelette station and freshly made dishes such as sea bass, braised short ribs and Scottish salmon.
The fare is $48 per person and $18 for children 12 and under. Advanced reservations are recommended at 949 494-1151.

Driftwood Kitchen’s Chef Rainer Schwarz plans a buffet with Mom in mind on Sunday, May 8, from 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. priced at $65 for adults, $25 for children, and free for kids under the age of 6.
The buffet will feature a hot station with eggs benedict, breakfast sausages, smoked bacon and grilled veggies; a cold station with pastries, iced seafood, fruit, cheese and charcuterie, and fresh salads; a live action station featuring made-to-order omelets and egg scrambles; a carving station with prime rib and lamb; a fish station featuring branzino and salmon; a kids station and a dessert station.
