Award-winning First Team agent Andrea Ballesteros joins Laguna Beach’s First Team Estates office at 900 Glenneyre St.

Museum Hires Development Deputy

Ed Fosmire, the two-year executive director of the Oceanside Museum of Art, will join Laguna Art Museum as deputy development director beginning May 29.

Fosmire chose not to renew his contract to be closer to his family.

“I truly believe that this is a pivotal moment for the museum and a time of great potential growth,” said Fosmire, whose appointment follows closely Malcolm Warner’s taking the museum’s helm as executive director in January.

Padach Elected DAR Regent

Longtime resident Gloria Padach was installed as regent of Laguna Beach’s Patience Wright Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution earlier this month. She will hold this leadership position until May 2014.

She is joined on the board by Sharyn Downend, Stephanie Cox, Arlene Hamann, Mariann Tracy, Pat Carpenter, Marla Blumenthal and Lori Savit.
