Some of the area’s top executive chefs will serve as culinary team that will create a three-course dinner for the Ocean Institute’s Jazz Festival on Saturday, Jan. 24.
Leading the culinary team is Frederic Castan of St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort. Other chefs include Pierre Albaladejo of Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad; Pedro Contreras of Ritz-Carlton Laguna Nigel in Dana Point; Vincent Lesage from the Balboa Bay Resort; Thomas Trevethan of Marriott Laguna Cliffs Resort and Spa; and Rob Wilson of Montage Laguna Beach.
