Impact Giving Hires its First Director
Impact Giving hired its first executive director, Jeanine Stafford, announced the women’s collective giving organization based in Laguna Beach.
Chair Karen Wilson said Stafford was selected because of her 25 years of experience working in nonprofit management for the Girls Scouts, Make-Wish Foundation and Laguna Beach’s Susi Q Center for Seniors.
In six years, Impact Giving has granted $731,000 to 41 organizations both local and global, but the goal remains 300 members and $1 million in grants to make positive, sustainable social change where it is most needed, Wilson said.
