New Board Members to Lead Sawdust Festival
Sawdust Festival members voted in three new board members in the last week of the 50th summer show.
Monica Prado, Cliff Wassmann and Reem Khalil received the most votes among a slate of seven candidates running for three open seats, said Prado.
The board will be led by a new president, Kelly Akins, along with officers Annette Doreng Stearns, Prado and Tracey Moscaritolo. Prado will also serve president of the Artists’ Benevolence Fund board, said the artist who has exhibited for 17 consectuvie summers. “I’m so thrilled and honored by the opportunity to show my gratitude by serving on the board,” she said.
