The secrecy surrounding the parcel tax is very suspicious. When petition pushers refused to tell possible petition signers what they were signing but instead told them to just sign and read about it when is appeared on the ballot is wrong.
And, when Mayor Iseman refused to listen to the Laguna Beach citizens when they attempted to learn about the Temple Hills utility pathways budget item, yet proceeded to budget $300,000 toward said item, is also wrong.
Are we becoming a city like Bell? Does Mayor Iseman believe she is above the citizens of Laguna Beach?
