Splashes, at the Surf and Sand Resort, 1555 S. Coast Highway, will offer an Easter lunch from 12- 3 p.m. that includes savory and sweet choices with optional wine pairings. Guests can enjoy an ocean view while dining on sun choke and truffle soup, ahi tuna tartar, scallops, seared salmon, pork tenderloin, short ribs and more. Desserts include chocolate budino, vanilla bean pudding or angle food cake.

St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point reimagines its Easter celebration with a brunch at three of the property’s dining concepts. Monarch Bay Club will serve an extended spread of seafood while Michael Mina’s Stonehill Tavern offers a prix fixe menu of his signature dishes.
