The sixth annual Laguna Christmas Polar Bear Volleyball Tournament and Toy Drive was held between the rain storms on Saturday, Dec. 13, and 16 co-ed, four-person teams braved the perfect 65 degree weather to play at Main Beach, said organizers Kirk and Landi Morgan.

Players brought a potluck dish and a large crate of toys collected for the One Laguna toy drive. The tournament ended at sunset and teams adjourned to The White House and The Deck to toast their day. Sponsors included Starbucks Coffee, One Laguna, The White House, The Deck, Pacific Edge Hotel and Orgain, which makes nutritional shakes.
