The Rotary Club of Laguna Beach honored Jackson Tupy as the high school’s student of the month for December.
He was accompanied by his foreign language instructor Rod Ortiz, who praised his work and excellence in multiple languages.
Jackson is active in theater and performance and plans to use his language skills to further his ambitions in these directions. He was honored with a certificate of recognition and will receive a scholarship at the Honors Convocation at the end of this school year.
