Chef Azmin Ghahreman will serve as guest bartender as Sapphire celebrates 10 years in Laguna on Tuesday, March 21. Signature cocktails, beer and wines from around the world will be offered alongside complimentary street food from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
The following Tuesday, Ghahreman will serve a 5:30 p.m. prix-fixe $55 menu of Sapphire classics and favorites. Guests who guess a bottle of mystery wine correctly enjoy it on the house.
