I am ‘the woman struck by a eucalyptus branch on bluebird’ and have read in all the local papers that I had sued the city.
So for record, please let it be known that this is not true. There was no lawsuit and no lawyers and there never were.
The matter was handled and resolved. I am anti-litigious by consciousness and reserve the right to sue for extreme measures. I do not know how these rumors get started.
