Skyloft beverage director Louie Palmerin and chef Arthur Ortiz will offer monthly craft beer dinners, Taps & Tastes, on the second Wednesday of each month beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, for $55 without tax and gratuity.
Stone Brewing Company representatives will be on hand, offering guests six 6-ounce selections to accompany a six-course menu.
Reservations are required at 949715-7700. Future Taps & Tastes beer dinners are set for Dec. 7, Jan. 11, Feb. 8 and March 9.
K’ya adds a Seasonal Twist
K’ya Bistro Bar, inside the historic La Casa del Camino hotel, starts serving five new, hand-crafted cocktails, each with a special seasonal twist.
And beginning Nov. 8., the bistro starts serving a new late-night happy hour – running Tuesday through Thursday from 8 to 10 p.m. – with small plates under $6 and popular drinks under $5.
