Master Chorale of Saddleback Valley will present Songs of the American West in a concert Saturday, June 25, at 7 p.m. at the Laguna Beach Woman’s Club, 286 St. Ann’s Dr. Tickets, $12-$15 are available at masterchoralesv.org.
Accompanied by guitar, fiddle and mandolin, the program repertoire spans music from bluegrass to gospel under the direction of singer, composer and conductor Charles Stephenson, music director for St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Laguna Beach.
The group will perform at Carnegie Hall next year and seeks additional members for this opportunity.
