Starfish Sweeps Out the Old Year

Starfish restaurant plans revelry centered on traditional foods and traditions of the Asian year of the dragon with four days of special drink and food offerings beginning Monday, Jan. 23.

 

To celebrate the Asian lunar New Year, Starfish’s Chef Jarvis Yuan has created a pan-Asian inspired menu of traditional treats to celebrate this most important of Asian holidays.

 

The festivity culminates Thursday, Jan. 26, at 30832 S Coast Highway, with a special finale featuring guest mixologist Dan Oliver. Oliver will be creating delectable cocktails to pair with a sampling of the entire Dragon Menu.
