Traffic stop. 9 a.m. 200 block of Chiquita. Uriel Aquilar Esquivel, 48, of Costa Mesa, was arrested for outstanding DUI warrants and two vehicle code violations. Bail was set at $10,000.
Fraud. 8:30 p.m. PD. A Laguna Beach man who dined in Los Angeles on Nov. 12 and paid with a debit card reported that two days later someone using his card made $13,131 in purchases, mostly jewelry.
Traffic collision 10:30 p.m. 21000 Laguna Canyon Rd. A 34-year-old Irvine woman, leaving town after attending a tree lighting, was arrested for suspicion of DUI after her vehicle hit a trash dumpster and power pole and tried to leave the scene. She was uninjured and held for $2,500 bail.
Tuesday, Nov. 29
Vandalism. 10:37 a.m. 400 block of Graceland Dr. A vehicle was keyed overnight.
Traffic stop. 11:14 p.m. South Coast Hwy. Angel Anthony Escobar, 30, of Vista, pulled over for speeding, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription meds and a controlled substance. He was held for $20,000 bail.
Wednesday, Nov. 30
Traffic stop. 11 a.m. Coast and Victoria. A 42-year-old Palm Springs man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Burglary. 11:35 a.m. 300 block of N. Coast Hwy. The owner of an antiques shop noted the disappearance of an angel statue and several wooden chests, together valued at $4,025.
Fraud. 3:25 p.m. 2100 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. The owner of a car damaged in a collision wrote worthless checks totally $5,400 to a body shop.
Traffic stop. 11:21 p.m. Laguna Canyon Rd. A 53-year-old Stevenson Ranch man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Thursday, Dec. 1
Property. 3:38 p.m. PD. A citizen turned in a shirt and badge lost by a probationary firefighter when responding to a fire on Barracuda Street last week.
DUI 10:20 p.m. 200 block of Pearl St. Lauren Michelle Mahoney, 22, of Mission Viejo, was arrested for alleged drunk driving, driving on a suspended license and a bench warrant for a municipal code violation. Bail was set at $10,000 due to a prior DUI.
Traffic stop. 10:55 p.m. 200 block of Cleo St. A 39-year-old Redondo Beach man was arrested for DUI and held for $2500.
Traffic stop. 11:50 p.m. 300 block of Brooks St. A 44-year-old Laguna Niguel woman was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.

Traffic stop. 12:51 a.m. 600 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. A 21-year-old Monrovia man was cited for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 1:14 a.m. Montage. A 30-year-old Laguna Niguel resident was cited for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 2:09 a.m. Catalina. A 50-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Auto theft. 2:17 a.m. Glenneyre St. Chaz Labaun Henton, 18, of Irvine, was arrested for suspicion of stealing his father’s car and his two passengers, boys both 17 from Irvine, were detained for curfew.
Traffic stop. 6:24 p.m. 200 block of S. Coast Hwy. A 41-year-old from San Clemente was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 8:26 p.m. St. Ann’s Dr. A San Diego man, 38, was cited for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 10l38 p.m. Reef Pt. A 30-year-old Costa Mesa woman was cited for DUI and jailed for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 11:24 p.m. 500 block of Forest Ave. A 30-year-old Santa Ana woman was cited for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.

Traffic stop. 12:12 a.m. 200 block of Thalia St. A 32-year-old Mission Viejo resident was cited for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 1:08 a.m. 200 block of Oak St. A 35-year-old Texas resident was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic collision. 10 a.m. A motorcyclist ran into the rear of a truck and refused medical treatment.
Traffic collision. 5:14 p.m. 600 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. Karen Goren, 54, of Laguna Beach, was arrested for suspicion of felony drunk driving after her vehicle bumped a car that stopped unexpectedly. A passenger in the struck vehicle complained of pain. Bail was set at $100,000.
Traffic stop. 10:57 p.m. Oak St. A 46-year-old San Clement woman was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.

Vandalism. 9:17 a.m. Alta Laguna Park water tower tagged with graffiti.
Suspicious. 6:29 p.m. 1200 block of Starlit Dr. Two men were told to cease loading items from a property believed in foreclosure.
Pedestrian stop. 11:07 p.m. 3200 block of Alta Laguna Blvd. A 24-year-old Long Beach man was arrested for an outstanding warrant and held for $7,500 bail.
