Local resident and Republican candidate for governor, Neel Kashkari, stops by for the opening of the Laguna Beach GOP’s headquarters in Laguna Canyon this past Saturday, Sept. 13, and an interview with station KX 93.5. About 150 people turned out, including several local candidates.
