An Edison contractor working on under grounding utility lines on Ruby Street created an unintentional geyser early Monday, July 18. Shoreh Dupuis, the city’s director of public works, said the contractor cut into a water line that wasn’t marked on the street by the water district, which made repairs within a few hours.
