Students at Laguna Beach’s St. Catherine’s of Sienna Parish School participated in their own version of the Greek Olympics last week.
Sixth-graders participated in sports events, which coincided with their review of ancient Greece during social studies. Students staged “chariot” races on beach towels, threw discus, played at tug-o-war, raced in relays and long jumped.
