Unfortunate and sick vandalism occurred on the two canyon tennis courts last Tuesday night after hours, leaving the courts unplayable.
A thank you to Tom Toman, the city’s recreation supervisor, for quick action and helping us immediately.
Tom and his crew were there instantly to remove the damaged nets, replacing them by Friday afternoon at 3:15, ready for play! The nicest present we could have ever have.
Thank you John Pietig, our city manager, for this fabulous person, Tom Toman.
Kudos to the city for an “on the job” supervisor.
