Just a friendly observation from one who has been driving Coast Highway since the late ‘70s.
Did you know that pelicans cruise the bluffs at 35 m.p.h.?
True. I have many times kept pace with these graceful birds while driving our Coast Highway.
One exception though; they don’t observe stop lights.
