Trevor Lyle returns as coach with the Breakers, one of 27 schools in the top group of So Cal polo programs. The top 20 will be on a “watch” list with the final top eight competing in Division 1 and the 21 remaining schools in Division 2. Breakers were initially rated 11th by SS CIF. Scrimmage is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 22, with Foothill and the 54th season opens Friday, Aug. 25, hosting El Toro at the home pool, 4:15 match time.
