The Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce presented 13 Spirit of Laguna awards during its board installation last Friday, Jan. 29.
President Larry Nokes emcee’d with co-host Pat Kollenda. Mayor Steve Dicterow presided over the installation and swore in the directors.
Also in attendance and presenting awards were county Supervisor Lisa Bartlett and Sheri Morrison, representing state Assemblyman Matthew Harper.
For the first time, the public was invited to cast votes online. A total of 920 votes were cast, which determined the outcome.
