Laguna Beach resident Pamela Talarico will receive a “Volunteer of the Year” Award from the Orange County Board of Supervisors on Thursday, April 5, at 11 a.m. at the Laguna Beach Library, 363 Glenneyre St.
Talarico will be awarded for her dedicated volunteer service to the library system, where she volunteers to teach small children how to read in the public libraries.
