Studio restaurant executive chef Craig Strong welcomed Chef Thomas Keller and other award-winning chefs into his kitchen at the Montage resort last month as part of Robb Report’s Culinary Masters event.
The lavish dinner raised $200,000 to benefit the ment’or BKB Foundation
which, trains promising young American chefs who participate in a top food competition. Monies raised also will provide educational grants and culinary internships.
Ruby’s Offers Vets a Meal on the House
Ruby’s Diner, 30622 S. Coast Highway, shows its appreciation for those in military service by offering breakfast or a Ruby’s burger to veterans and active duty members on Saturday, Nov. 11.
