Authors to Visit El Morro
Neil Klayman and Barry Chung, author and illustrator of “Boris Ate a Thesaurus”, will visit El Morro School on April 27, for a special assembly.
Their work was selected for Read Across America’s theme, “Sink Your Teeth Into a Good Book.”
Host a Student from Spain
ESL students from Madrid, Spain, need host families in Laguna Beach in July.
The students who will be in Laguna from June 30 to July 28 are girls and boys 14 to 19, who will attend ESL classes at Laguna Beach High School from 9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Thursday.
Compensation to host families is included.
