The Laguna Community Concert Band performs at the Festival of the Arts’ grounds at 6 p.m. Monday, July 18.
The 60-piece concert band and its SwingSet swing band will play a program featuring Gershwin’s “ Strike up the Band,” selections from “Fiddler on the Roof,” and Rossini’s “William Tell Overture.”
Soloists features include Gary Gould on clarinet, penny whistle and saxophone; Charlie Warren on concert tuba. Warren and Gould were highlighted at the band’s spring concert at the Laguna Playhouse in May.
