Orange County librarians are admitting that the internet system in the 35+ libraries has been slow for at least a month and may either improve or get worse.
The use of computers in the orange county library system is way down because of on-going internet problems, and yet this is one of the most popular reasons people use the Orange County libraries.
Is the board of supervisors aware of this as they cut the libraries funding? This is Orange County, so who would expect the board to care?
