As of 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday night and 323 of 415 precincts reporting, incumbent Dana Rohrabacher leads the race for the 48th District congressional seat with 30.4 percent of the vote. Democrat and Laguna Beach resident Hans Keirstead is in the second place with 17.3 percent, followed by Republican Scott Baugh at 16.7 percent. Laguna Beach businessman Harley Rouda is in fourth place with 16.3 percent.

Updates are available at ocvote.com until 1 a.m. with unofficial final results posted on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
