All-CIF Honors
Florida State-bound Lexi McKeown was named all-CIF in girls volleyball, making the 12-player team for Division 3. The senior led the squad in kills and digs this past season and finished in the top 10 for a number of career categories for the Breakers. Laguna finished 20-8 this past season capturing their 13th straight league title. Breakers are expected to be the favorites in next year’s Sunset Wave League race.
In boys water polo, junior Colton Gregory (Jr) was selected for D-2 first team honors for the Breakers, who finished 20-9 but must compete in the ultra-competitive Sunset Surf league next season. Seniors Sebastian Jacobs and Larson McCarroll were second team selections
