Fashion will enjoy a reinvention from 1-4 p.m. tomorrow, Aug. 13 when the eighth annual Festival Runway Fashion Show returns to the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts, 650 Laguna Canyon Rd.
The show where festival artists compete to create the most inspired couture using reclaimed, reused or recycled material offers cash prizes of $1,000 in four categories, There will also be a People’s Choice Award to be voted on at the event.
Competing for the top prize are Festival exhibitors Hedy Buzan, Bradley Elsberry, Elizabeth McGhee, Adam Neeley, Mariana Nelson, Casey Parlette, Tashia Peterman, John Repka, Sahar Saljooghi, N.C. Swan and John Tolle.
Actress Joely Fisher will host the event and the panel of judges includes supermodel Kim Alexis. Festival tickets, $8-$12 can be purchased at LagunaFestivalofArts.org or by calling 800-487-3378.
